Into the Blue
The looooooong shadows formed by the decorative ironwork outside these upper windows pull my thoughts into the sky and beyond. How extraordinary that the source of the light creating these shapes, the Sun, is 93 million miles away! Its rays travel through all that space to reach our little planet and to do something as simple as cast shadows - THESE shadows - upon this elegant blue building.
