Afternoon Delights
In the warm afternoon sun, earthy tones of the building's facade contrast with the cool lavender color of the window shade. Dynamic shadows parallel the angle of the ladder, providing a sense of movement in an otherwise still scene. I find a moment of visual rest when I gaze at the unique architectural detail in the lower right corner.
