A Tribute to Adeline
Adeline Regan, my maternal great grandmother, was a gifted artist in her younger years. Her husband didn't want her to paint once they were married, and she gave it up to have a family. I have made opposite life choices and feel that I am living the life she didn't have. With this painting I pay tribute to Adeline's life, to the decision she made, and to the creativity in the family line that has made its way through the generations to me.
